Women’s Ministry
The stated purpose of our Women’s Ministry is that each woman will know Christ personally and be committed to extending His kingdom in her life, home, church, community and throughout the world. This, of course, is within our overall purpose as Christians to glorify God and enjoy Him forever. This can be accomplished as each woman in Cornerstone meets regularly for Bible study, prayer, and fellowship and seeks to serve others as God so directs.

GOD OF WONDERS
On TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3rd at 10 am in the Fellowship Hall
To end this year’s activities, we are going to enjoy a special treat. If you want to learn
more how God’s character: His power, His wisdom and creativity, His justice, and His
love is revealed in nature, then this 1½ – hour documentary is for you. You will enjoy
stunning photography and listen to excellent commentaries made by scientists who are
Christians. Come and join us.
Afterwards we will enjoy lunch together. This will also be a time when we will celebrate
the November AND December birthdays.
Come and enjoy our special morning. No sign-up needed.

Sunrise Restaurant. The restaurant is at 20 McLean Rd, Brevard. Please let Joan
Pretorius know if you are going to attend before/on Saturday, October 10th before
noon.
FALL RETREAT:
When: Friday afternoon, October 16th through Saturday afternoon,
October 17th at Ridge Haven Camp and Conference Center in
Brevard.

If you are attending please remember to bring a gift (cost should be limited to $10-$15)
for the door prize giveaways. Some examples to bring may be a loaf of bread and your
favorite Scripture verse, a devotional book that has been helpful to you spiritually, or
perhaps something special and local to your geographic area.
